RETURNS POLICY

Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:

• Is the item working perfectly?
• Is it in good condition?

If your answer to either question is “no” then the watch or item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, CHRISTOPHE DUCHAMP will not accept the returned item.

What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch has been sized and/or worn?

In such cases, CHRISTOPHE DUCHAMP will do its best to repair or replace the item under our extensive two-year CHRISTOPHE DUCHAMP Warranty.
